My name is Kenneth Corl. My friends know me as K.O. Corl. My address is 15748 Brookridge Blvd, Brooksville, FL. I am a Marine and a Vietnam Veteran. My wife and I are life members of the VFW and VFW Auxiliary respectively. I am a life member of the Marine Corps League and the DAV. I am also a member of the Knights of Columbus, Council 17531. We are also members of St. Anthony the Abbott Catholic Church. I was diagnosed with chronic Kidney Disease six years ago. As a result my kidneys have been steadily declining in their ability to function. Because of their continuous decline, my doctor has referred me for a kidney transplant and I am on the National Kidney Transplant List.
