I PRAY THAT YOU WILL ANSWER THIS URGENT NEED FOR HELP

My name is Kenneth Corl. My friends know me as K.O. Corl. My address is 15748 Brookridge Blvd, Brooksville, FL. I am a Marine and a Vietnam Veteran. My wife and I are life members of the VFW and VFW Auxiliary respectively. I am a life member of the Marine Corps League and the DAV. I am also a member of the Knights of Columbus, Council 17531. We are also members of St. Anthony the Abbott Catholic Church. I was diagnosed with chronic Kidney Disease six years ago. As a result my kidneys have been steadily declining in their ability to function. Because of their continuous decline, my doctor has referred me for a kidney transplant and I am on the National Kidney Transplant List. It could take years to get one because there are so many people in need of organs. A living donor could lessen the amount of time I would have to wait and save my life. I am asking for your help. Please consider becoming a living donor for me. I am also preparing myself for the eventual need for dialysis should a donor remain unavailable. Donation costs are covered by my medical insurance so doing this would require no out of pocket costs to you. The information you share will be kept confidential with the transplant team. If you would consider being my living donor please complete the form at www.largomedical.com/signmeup or call Anna Harrop the Living Donor Coordinator at the Transplant Institute of Florida in Largo Medical Center on 727-588-5618. Be sure to include my name, Kenneth Corl, as the person for whom you are willing to be a donor. Thank You in advance for your consideration and help.

May God Bless You,

Kenneth (K. O.) Corl
